The Apartment: Oakville is a one bedroom apartment, with new, memory foam queen size bed. The kitchen is full size with full size stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The bathroom is sparkling clean with marble tile shower. The living area comfortably seat two with a new, smart, 70 inch TV.

Outdoors: Guests have their own private outdoor living space in the front of the house. In the rear is a private park area for all guests to enjoy that includes shaded seating areas, dining areas, corn hole and ring toss games.

Parking: On street.

EV Charger: Available. Guests can reserve in advance.

The Property: Pegasus Park is the name of the property. There are a total of six, beautiful and private apartments available for monthly rental.

CLEANING FEE INCLUDED IN BOOKING: Cleaning Fee includes 2 cleanings per 30 day stay. Housekeeping includes host-provided fresh linens and professional apartment cleaning services at no extra charge to guests!

Pet Friendly: Guests are permitted one pet; pets must be identified at the time of reservation and the respective pet fee paid before check in. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and walked OFF the property. Any pet waste must be immediately and properly disposed of. Pets cannot be left in the apartments alone unless crated. Guests will be held responsible for any damage and/or extra cleaning service as a result of pet.

Guests will have their own outdoor seating area and a private park in the back, shared by all the guests to enjoy. Park includes shaded seating areas, outdoor games, and cozy dining areas. Each apartment has its own private entrance.

Property is on a quiet street surrounded by residential houses and Bed & Breakfasts. 2 blocks walking to downtown 'main street' Lincoln Avenue.

2 blocks to the grocery store (Calmart), multiple gourmet markets, wine shops, tasting rooms, restaurants, spas, and boutiques. Plenty of free, on-street parking available.

30-Day Minimum Booking: Area regulations require a minimum of 30-day booking, however guests may come and go as they please during their booking dates and are not required to stay the entire time. Stay for a weekend, enjoy your apartment only on the weekends, or stay the whole month, the price is the same!

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: Effective March 1, 2020 our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations 30+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less any fees for credit card processing we assumed when you made your original payments. (We do not charge credit card fees when guests originally reserve).
- Cancellations less that 30 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund unless we are able to rebook the property for your same dates. In that case you will be refunded the full amount of your payments to date less any fees for credit card processing we assumed when you made your original payments. If we choose, you may be able to receive a credit toward a future stay valued at the full amount of your payments less original credit card fees.

Deposit Policy

DAMAGE WAIVER INSURANCE - Property damage insurance is required and will be added to your invoice total at time of booking. We also reserve the right to add a cash deposit requirement at any time. Renter acknowledges the he/she may be liable for damage above the coverage amount should any of the following cause significant harm to the property:

a. Damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. Debris other than toilet paper is placed in the toilets. The property is not connected to city sewer but has its own septic systems. Flushing feminine hygiene or other objects down the toilets can cause significant damage.
c. Debris, rubbish, recycle and discards are left in the house (must be placed in appropriate trash receptacles next to the small garage.)
d. Smoking in the house or anywhere on the property will result in a $1,000 fine NOT payable by the Damage Deposit Waiver.
e. Renter is evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or local law enforcement.
f. Having more than the approved number of people on the property at any one time without prior approval.
g. Adjusting any pool setting or equipment, water system (including sprinklers or well equipment, etc.), or any other property maintenance equipment.

Beautiful clean space. Quality everywhere, from the comfiest bed ever to the top of the line kitchen and amenities. The host was super responsive and took extra care to have someone out after the internet went down in a storm.

Really nice apartment (Oakville). Very well equipped kitchen made cooking easy. Dishwasher made clean up a breeze. Laundry inside made me look silly for bringing so many clothes! Plenty of hot water for showers and a very comfortable bed along with the great location (2 blocks from downtown Calistoga) really topped off my 4 week stay.

We stayed in one of Gillian’s beautiful apartments for nearly two months and loved it! The place is only a few minutes walk from the main street in Calistoga, but at the same time very peaceful and private. Street parking was easy and usually we managed to get a spot right in front of the house.

Gillian was always very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The place appears to be newly renovated, with a nice size kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It is a good option if you prefer to cook at home, but if not there are some great restaurants close by.

We would definitely stay again!

Gillian was awesome to work with — especially since it was my special needs brother in law who was staying. She was really easy to communicate with and generous.

The place is really charming. Loved the red appliances the super TV and the LED light in the kitchen faucet, how cool is that?

Since we were the first guests, there were two wrinkles but Gillian was always immediately available and more than compensated us for the one inconvenience. And new amenities and improvements kept appearing throughout our stay.

Our favorite features included the biweekly cleaning that is included in the long stay. Also the 50 amp plug for EV charging.

Location, location, location! This is the best place to be in Calistoga, literally two blocks off of Lincoln Ave and a block to the Saturday farmers market and the downtown park/Napa river walking bridge. On Lincoln, we enjoyed views of the mountains in both directions from several restaurant and wine tasting shops’ sidewalk seating areas.
