Very private 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath luxury hilltop home over looking expansive vineyards minutes to downtown Calistoga, Napa Valley's spa-centric destination!

Welcome to Villa Biagio, your private Napa sanctuary—a gated Italian-style villa set amidst a landscape so idyllic, it could be mistaken for the hills of Tuscany. Located just minutes from downtown Calistoga yet perched atop the western hills with commanding vineyard views and enveloped in complete privacy, this estate offers the rare luxury of feeling both deeply secluded and effortlessly connected to the best of the valley.

From the moment you enter the gates, the property reveals itself with grace and intention: meandering stone paths through lush gardens, over two dozen mature olive trees—whose fruit becomes the estate’s own small-batch olive oil—and a bounty of fruit trees that shift with the seasons. Every inch of the grounds invites discovery, reflection, and joy.

The villa itself is designed for relaxed elegance and effortless gathering. At its heart, a shaded loggia stretches out beneath open skies, offering the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset aperitivos, or long, laughter-filled dinners under the stars. Just beyond, the infinity-edge pool and spa overlook rows of vineyards that roll into the distance, creating a living landscape that changes color with the time of day.

Entertainment and leisure abound: enjoy a lively game of bocce on the court, sip your favorite vintage at the outdoor bar, or recline in one of the shaded loungers with a good book and the occasional breeze. The layout of the property encourages connection—yet provides enough space for privacy and solitude when desired.

Inside, the villa balances rustic Italian charm with modern comforts. The interiors are warm and inviting, designed to foster connection among friends and family while offering cozy nooks for moments of quiet. And though the estate feels a world apart, you’re just minutes from scenic hiking and biking trails, award-winning wineries, and the region’s most celebrated dining destinations.

This is more than a place to stay—it’s a place to settle into, to return to, and to remember. Whether you’re here for celebration, restoration, or simply to savor Napa Valley at its finest, this villa offers an experience as rich and layered as the land itself.
