Home was beautiful but beware of 4th bedroom located essentially in the laundry room. It is only large enough for a daybed and nothing else. We had a few unexpected problems with the home upon arrival in a storm. HVAC was dirty and needed maintenance for heater to work properly. Even though Arthur was efficient at getting someone out the next day to fix the heating it did not efficiently or properly heat the master bedroom which remained cold enough to require sleeping in socks and sweats. Next door there are barking sheep dogs. We were there during a large winter wind and rain storm and dogs barked all night every night. After a nice day of wine tasting we came home to warm up in the lovely jacuzzi only to discover we had no hot water for showers. While Arthur again was quick to repair the situation the next day he unfortunately blamed us for the lack of hot water claiming one of our guests must have “turned off the hot water” by pushing a button in a location in the garage no one visited. It was an unexpected accusation for having to endure a day of excursions without showers and smelling like jacuzzi water from the night before. We paid for concierge service which I had found to be helpful only to discover that the price paid through Mayastoga was 4x the going rate according to our concierge hired driver which no one wants to learn after the fact. Little additional things like the home internet and tv not working during the storm upon arrival, no batteries in the remotes and a hand held shower in the ancillary bath having no holder to take such shower since it was broken upon arrival were minor inconveniences but were also not indicative of problems we have ever experienced renting before. Arthur did agree to refund a small percentage of our stay and grocery costs equal to one nights stay for these inconveniences, however I would have loved to have had a much more worry free vacation instead. I also felt more of a refund would have been appreciated for having endured the experience of each day being marred by no heat, internet, hot water, maintenance people and only 2 working showers of the 3 advertised.Regarding host reply: Yes, I was not happy with the trip as the everyday inconveniences of the home not being in proper working order or represented as advertised with that 4th bedroom made for a less than enjoyable trip experience. We have happily traveled many places since, utilizing our Inspirato membership with more enjoyable results.

Our stay at The Vic In The Vines was really terrific. The property is beautiful. The house is wonderfully decorated and very, very nice. Mayastoga made the process very simple and checked on us during our stay to make sure all was well. I couldn't have been more pleased and we will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Napa.
Great cabin nestled in a picturesque setting in the hills of Calistoga and near a flowing creek. Home was clean and set in a very peaceful location. Perfect place to unwind in nature! Only items to consider are there is no microwave and there is only one bathroom which is located downstairs from the two bedrooms. For younger kids, this might be hard during the night. Our 10/8 year olds handled it well though.
My family and I stayed there and we're glad we did! Very clean, private, beautiful views and wonderful amenities! Loved the fireplace and wood burning pizza oven! Host was very communicative and helpful. We would love to stay there again!
We stayed in this awesome house for a couples group get away. The home is perfectly located a block from shopping and restaurants. The bedrooms are large, beds comfy, bathrooms beautiful. The pool area is great for dinners and swim. The house is tastefully decorated in Restoration Hardware and quality finishes. All eight of us loved everything about this wonderful home. If you are looking for a central location in a darling town, this is the spot for you.
