The Apartment: Diamond Mountain is a two bedroom apartment, each with new, memory foam queen size beds. The kitchen is full size with full size stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The bathroom is sparkling clean with a shower and tub. The comfy living area seats four with a new, smart, 70 inch TV.
Outdoors: Guests have their own private outdoor living space in the front of the house. In the rear is a private park area for all guests to enjoy that includes shaded seating areas, dining areas, corn hole and ring toss games.
Parking: On street.
EV Charger: Available. Guests can reserve in advance.
The Property: Pegasus Park is the name of the property. There are a total of six, beautiful and private apartments available for monthly rental.
CLEANING FEE INCLUDED IN BOOKING: Cleaning Fee includes 2 cleanings per 30 day stay. Housekeeping includes host-provided fresh linens and professional apartment cleaning services at no extra charge to guests!
Guests will have their own outdoor seating area and a private park in the back, shared by all the guests to enjoy. Park includes shaded seating areas, outdoor games, and cozy dining areas. Each apartment has its own private entrance.
Property is on a quiet street surrounded by residential houses and Bed & Breakfasts. 2 blocks walking to downtown 'main street' Lincoln Avenue.
2 blocks to the grocery store (Calmart), multiple gourmet markets, wine shops, tasting rooms, restaurants, spas, and boutiques. Plenty of free, on-street parking available.
30-Day Minimum Booking: Area regulations require a minimum of 30-day booking, however guests may come and go as they please during their booking dates and are not required to stay the entire time. Stay for a weekend, enjoy your apartment only on the weekends, or stay the whole month, the price is the same!

Mayastoga offers our guests Wine Country Concierge services for a small fee per day of your stay. Your concierge will plan and manage all aspects of your visit to our distinctive property in California’s northern Wine Country. Itineraries can include boutique and hard-to-access wineries, local restaurant reservations and transportation, as well as special touches that make for a truly memorable adventure. In addition to your tasting days, arrangements can include evenings in the comfort of your luxury residence with a private chef, a guest winemaker, or a cheese tasting and pairing with an internationally recognized food and wine expert (or all of the above!). Of course, there are numerous activities in addition to wine and culinary plans that are regularly arranged for our clients that include unique local attractions and activities (including our “Kids Country” itineraries).
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: We have a 3+ night minimum depending upon the time of year.

- Cancellations less that 30 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund unless we are able to rebook the property for your same dates. In that case you will be refunded the full amount of your payments to date less any fees for credit card processing we assumed when you made your original payments. If we choose, you may be able to receive a credit toward a future stay valued at the full amount of your payments less original credit card fees.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS/NON-DISCLOSURE:
- Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
- Any non-disclosure by Renter, such as failure to disclose pets brought to the property, additional guests allowed on the property by Renter, or any other material non-disclosure identified during Renter's stay will result in a fine equivalent to 50% of the rental amount.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy
DAMAGE WAIVER INSURANCE - Property damage insurance is required and will be added to your invoice total at time of booking. We also reserve the right to add a cash deposit requirement at any time. Renter acknowledges the he/she may be liable for damage above the coverage amount should any of the following cause significant harm to the property:
a. Damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. Debris other than toilet paper is placed in the toilets. The property is not connected to city sewer but has its own septic systems. Flushing feminine hygiene or other objects down the toilets can cause significant damage.
c. Debris, rubbish, recycle and discards are left in the house (must be placed in appropriate trash receptacles next to the small garage.)
d. Smoking in the house or anywhere on the property will result in a $1,000 fine NOT payable by the Damage Deposit Waiver.
e. Renter is evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or local law enforcement.
f. Having more than the approved number of people on the property at any one time without prior approval.
g. Adjusting any pool setting or equipment, water system (including sprinklers or well equipment, etc.), or any other property maintenance equipment.

Gillian was a wonderful host, always responsive when needed it, a charming cottage that is right on for travelers or long time stay. Peaceful and quiet street, beds are comfy as well as the tv sofas. Charming back and front patio. Also Gillian send a dog package of treats which made my dog really happy about it. Will return if needed or send friends & family for a place to stay. Only few minutes away walking distance to Main Street of Calistoga. Can’t complain!
We visited Calistoga for Christmas and stayed at the Diamond Mountain place. Gillian was an amazing host. She sent clear instructions, local recommendations and was very responsive. Her place was cozy, spotless, nicely decorated and the pantry had all the basic seasonings. The neighborhood is very quiet and just a couple blocks away from downtown, supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
We enjoyed our stay at Diamond Mountain very much and will be back next time we are visiting Napa.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location in town. 2 minute walk to main street for groceries, restaurants, and shops. The house & apartments are all newly remodeled. The front porch was so welcoming and lovely to sit on to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Kitchen is large, well stocked, and easy to cook in. Truly a home away from home. Gillian is truly a superhost, responded quickly no matter the time. Recommend staying here, and look forward to visiting again.
