The Apartment: Stag's Leap is a one bedroom studio apartment, with new, memory foam queen size bed. The kitchen is full size with full size stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The bathroom is sparking clean with a shower and stack washer/dryer. The seating area is a comfy built-in snug with new, smart, 70 inch TV.

Outdoors: Guests have their own private outdoor living space in the front of the house. In the rear is a private park area for all guests to enjoy that includes shaded seating areas, dining areas, corn hole and ring toss games.

Parking: On street.

EV Charger: Available. Guests can reserve in advance.

The Property: Pegasus Park is the name of the property. There are a total of six, beautiful and private apartments available for monthly rental.

CLEANING FEE INCLUDED IN BOOKING: Cleaning Fee includes 2 cleanings per 30 day stay. Housekeeping includes host-provided fresh linens and professional apartment cleaning services at no extra charge to guests!

Guests will have their own outdoor seating area and a private park in the back, shared by all the guests to enjoy. Park includes shaded seating areas, outdoor games, and cozy dining areas. Each apartment has its own private entrance.

This special property is surrounded by residential homes and quant bed and breakfasts. Private and quiet, it's also perfectly located only two blocks from downtown (Lincoln Avenue) where all of the fantastic restaurants, boutiques, gourmet grocers, and tasting rooms can be found!

EV charger: Available with prearranged scheduling with host.

30-Day Minimum Booking: Area regulations require a minimum of 30-day bookings, however guests may come and go as they please during their booking dates and are not required to stay the entire time. Stay for a weekend, enjoy your apartment only on the weekends, or stay the whole month, the price is the same!

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: Effective March 1, 2020 our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations 30+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less any fees for credit card processing we assumed when you made your original payments. (We do not charge credit card fees when guests originally reserve).
- Cancellations less that 30 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund unless we are able to rebook the property for your same dates. In that case you will be refunded the full amount of your payments to date less any fees for credit card processing we assumed when you made your original payments. If we choose, you may be able to receive a credit toward a future stay valued at the full amount of your payments less original credit card fees.

Deposit Policy

DAMAGE WAIVER INSURANCE - Property damage insurance is required and will be added to your invoice total at time of booking. We also reserve the right to add a cash deposit requirement at any time. Renter acknowledges the he/she may be liable for damage above the coverage amount should any of the following cause significant harm to the property:

a. Damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. Debris other than toilet paper is placed in the toilets. The property is not connected to city sewer but has its own septic systems. Flushing feminine hygiene or other objects down the toilets can cause significant damage.
c. Debris, rubbish, recycle and discards are left in the house (must be placed in appropriate trash receptacles next to the small garage.)
d. Smoking in the house or anywhere on the property will result in a $1,000 fine NOT payable by the Damage Deposit Waiver.
e. Renter is evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or local law enforcement.
f. Having more than the approved number of people on the property at any one time without prior approval.
g. Adjusting any pool setting or equipment, water system (including sprinklers or well equipment, etc.), or any other property maintenance equipment.

It was a great place as described in the photo and the instruction. I had difficulty in wifi connection due to the weather and the host was trying her best to clear it. It was clean and cozy place.
