The property features two bedrooms and two and a half baths on the ground floor, with an additional en-suite bedroom on the second level. Thoughtfully decorated and furnished, the property opens up to a spacious deck equipped with heaters, a fire pit, and an outdoor dining area, perfect for al fresco gatherings. The backyard boasts a generous pool area with security fencing and ample space for recreation. After a refreshing swim, take a leisurely 15-minute stroll into Calistoga for drinks and dinner, or simply unwind with the plush towels, bed linens, and bath amenities included with your reservation.

The property comprises multiple structures, with a dedicated property caretaker residing in an adjacent cottage behind a privacy fence, ensuring your peace and privacy throughout your stay.

Arriving is effortless with Charles Shultz Sonoma County Airport (STS) just a convenient 25-minute drive away, offering direct flights from major cities via Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, and Avelo, with major rental car companies available onsite for added convenience.

Mayastoga offers our guests Wine Country Concierge services for a small fee per day of your stay. Your concierge will plan and manage all aspects of your visit to our distinctive property in California’s northern Wine Country. Itineraries can include boutique and hard-to-access wineries, local restaurant reservations and transportation, as well as special touches that make for a truly memorable adventure. In addition to your tasting days, arrangements can include evenings in the comfort of your luxury residence with a private chef, a guest winemaker, or a cheese tasting and pairing with an internationally recognized food and wine expert (or all of the above!). Of course, there are numerous activities in addition to wine and culinary plans that are regularly arranged for our clients that include unique local attractions and activities (including our “Kids Country” itineraries).

- Cancellations less that 30 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund unless we are able to rebook the property for your same dates. In that case you will be refunded the full amount of your payments to date less any fees for credit card processing we assumed when you made your original payments. If we choose, you may be able to receive a credit toward a future stay valued at the full amount of your payments less original credit card fees.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS/NON-DISCLOSURE:
- Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
- Any non-disclosure by Renter, such as failure to disclose pets brought to the property, additional guests allowed on the property by Renter, or any other material non-disclosure identified during Renter's stay will result in a fine equivalent to 50% of the rental amount.

HOME TRUTHS

- The property has a separate guest house behind a privacy fence with a full time tenant that is completely separate and private from the main structures you will be using.
- This property is licensed as a B&B, althiohgh no breakfast is provided
- There is no pool cover, although the pool is located in an enclosed area separate from the back deck

Deposit Policy

DAMAGE WAIVER INSURANCE - Property damage insurance is required and will be added to your invoice total at time of booking. We also reserve the right to add a cash deposit requirement at any time. Renter acknowledges the he/she may be liable for damage above the coverage amount should any of the following cause significant harm to the property:

a. Damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. Debris other than toilet paper is placed in the toilets. The property is not connected to city sewer but has its own septic systems. Flushing feminine hygiene or other objects down the toilets can cause significant damage.
c. Debris, rubbish, recycle and discards are left in the house (must be placed in appropriate trash receptacles next to the small garage.)
d. Smoking in the house or anywhere on the property will result in a $1,000 fine NOT payable by the Damage Deposit Waiver.
e. Renter is evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or local law enforcement.
f. Having more than the approved number of people on the property at any one time without prior approval.
g. Adjusting any pool setting or equipment, water system (including sprinklers or well equipment, etc.), or any other property maintenance equipment.

From my first Mayastoga website visit to the final moments at the Anderson House, a top notch property selection, product presentation and property management by the people of this company consistently came through. My wife and I and two other couples absolutely loved the house and the expansive property around it. Both were so accommodating of separate quiet times and visiting in small and large groups. We deeply enjoyed the essential wine country experience provided with creekside, vineyard and mountain views and a very intelligent layout inside and out. All of that combined with exceptional attention to design details to take great advantage of the site’s many opportunities. The clean, fresh smells of a well-maintained property with consistent elements of comfort and good function supported our extraordinary experience, in addition to the friendly and efficient service. Finally, THE BEDS AND BEDDING WERE TRULY GREAT! Thank you!

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip to Bottlerock. While The house is gorgeous, the beds are comfy, the pool is awesome and the property manager was so kind. My only advice to the owner would be to have 6 lounge chairs at the pool (the house sleeps 6 but there were only 4 lounge chairs) but that didn't take away from the one day we hung out at the pool all day. 100% recommend this house!
